Quickly growing to be one of our favorite artists, Mr. Carmack has astonished us again with yet another amazing release. His Life/Death EP is the latest to the Mr. Carmack catalog. The three track EP is available off the producer’s Bandcamp page. Featuring “Life”, a dirty banging beat, “Throw Up”, the sexy down tempo beat, and “Death”, the dreamy mix of the two, Life/Death EP has a very distinct and well implemented theme. Mr. Carmack has just gotten started. We are so excited to watch this artist raise to popularity! Cheers!

Following a huge Marina And The Diamonds “Lies” Remix from Zeds Dead which dropped last week, the funny men and banana boys Dada Life give it a go on the hit tune from the pop group, “How To Be A Heartbreaker“. The tune features the classic Dada Life drops and utilizes the gorgeous samples to the fullest. The remix will get the crowd moving. We are excited to see this remix and are now wondering if there could be a potential Marina And The Diamonds Remix Album on the way. That would be cool. Cheers!

In just a couple short days, Flux Pavillion will be dropping his Blow The Roof EP. In the past week he has given us an inside look into the album with full previews of three of the eight tracks including “The Scientist“, “One Two Three” and “I Feel It“, plus the title track “Blow The Roof“. Today, he gives us yet another taste of the EP with the drop of the tune “Starlight“. This track is classic Flux with melodic, deep, synthesizers that sound full of air and vocals that match the beautiful, yet dirty tune. We are above and beyond excited for Blow The Roof EP to drop on Jan. 28th and will be bumping this until then. Cheers!
Just a few days away from dropping his latest official release, Flux Pavillion unloads yet another tune from the Blow The Roof EP entitled “The Scientist“. With a much more dub vibe than his other tunes from the upcoming album (“One Two Three” and “I Feel It“) “The Scientist”, is a good example of Flux Pavillion’s diverse sounds in the bass scene. The song made it’s premier this morning on the UKF Youtube channel. We are above and beyond excited for Blow The Roof EP to drop on Jan. 28th and will be bumping this until then. Cheers!

Ta-Ku has been putting out flames since the start of 2013. In the midst of a 25 day track-a-day project in honor of his late homey Seba Jun aka Nujabes, Ta-Ku has found the time to release this 4-track Make It Last EP. Featuring smooth samples and seductive beats, Ta-Ku is always dimming the lights and setting the table for the sexiest environments, of course, transferring nicely to the club or host emcee. We have accepted Ta-Ku into our tight knit group of favorite beat-makers. Reminding us of our hometown Dilla, much of Ta-Ku’s beats flow quickly and precise without any questions. Plug this in your speakers and turn it up!
Excision and Ajapai have teamed up for a home run with “Blast Off” out now on Destroid Records. The song has a super up-beat flow with Excision’s signature heavy metal esque drops. This track makes us want to mosh. The type of music you put on before you play in a football game. We imagine Ndamukong Suh somewhere in Detroit with Excision banging through his headphones. This music is heavy hitting and we love it! Make sure you have a listen on Youtube and you can purchase the tune off iTunes and Beatport today! Bang away:

Doshy wants to squeeze another epic track in to cap off Sunday evening. Posted on Soundcloud without a title, the url reads “Hijacked” and the beat sounds like your favorite trap producer was hijacked by aliens, flown to Jupiter and forced to make tunes for the alien gods. Perhaps that is what happened to Doshy before finally landing in a studio somewhere in Berlin. His tunes are getting better and better with his sounds evolving and his production skills topping them all. We are so stoked on Doshy and we know you will be too! Take a listen and BUMP THIS!
