NEW TUNE: Michal Menert – “Eventide” (Elements Pt. 3) [FREE Download]

72671_533886613309782_744394045_nThere aren’t too many other producers out there that fit into the “we love everything they touch” category but Michal Menert has more than secured that status with Curated Music. Through his emotional productions and performances, Menert has branded his own unique sound. Back by Pretty Lights Music, Michal Menert has been taking the World by storm. Coming up on a huge Snowball Music Festival as well as his second Electric Forest Festival appearance, the talented Colorado producer is gearing up for a huge Summer. Over the last couple months, Menert has been releasing his concept “Elements” series. The first and second editions, “Slivers of Light” (Fire), “Quiet Earth” (Earth), along with the latest installment entitled “Eventide” (Water), can all be downloaded for free on Michal Menert’s website. Once the fourth and final installment is dropped, the collection will be released as Elements EP and pressed on a very limited edition 10″ vinyl in the Spring of this year. NEW TUNE: Flux Pavillion – “Starlight”(Blow The Roof EP Out 1/28)

stralightIn just a couple short days, Flux Pavillion will be dropping his Blow The Roof EP. In the past week he has given us an inside look into the album with full previews of three of the eight tracks including “The Scientist“, “One Two Three” and “I Feel It“, plus the title track “Blow The Roof“. Today, he gives us yet another taste of the EP with the drop of the tune “Starlight“. This track is classic Flux with melodic, deep, synthesizers that sound full of air and vocals that match the beautiful, yet dirty tune.  We are above and beyond excited for Blow The Roof EP to drop on Jan. 28th and will be bumping this until then. NEW TUNE: Michal Menert – “Quiet Earth” (Co-Produced by Mux Mool) (Elements: Part 2) [FREE Download]

Pretty Lights Music artist and outstanding producer, Michal Menert has played all over the world, including a 2012 trip to India to spread the love for electronic music across our borders and overseas. Michal Menert is taking this journey on all the correct roads. With two full length albums and a plethora of singles, remixes, collaborations, and EPs, Michal is adding to his prolific catalog of tunes with his “Elements” series. The series, launched in late 2012 will include a track release each month to coincide with the four elements. The first edition, “Slivers of Light”, is available from Menert’s website. This new tune, “Quiet Earth”, is co-produced by Ghostly International artist Mux Mool and will be featured on Menert’s upcoming Elements EP. This track is calm, chill, and everything Menert. With real sounding instruments and drumkits, “Quiet Earth” is a fresh breath from the heavy laser synths and 808 drums we have been seeing lately. We can most definitely jam to this one! Once all four tracks are released, Elements EP will pressed and dropped on very limited edition 10″ record in the Spring of 2013. ENJOY!

NEW RELEASE: Mr. Bill – “Lego Bolognese” (4-Track EP)

The album is a collection of smooth, funky, swing, glitch beats that take you straight to the future where robots and machines rule the airwaves. Incorporating sexy instrumentals and wet synth lines, this is glitch-hop for the bedroom. We are loving this EP very much, you will too!
