Okay, take every pre-conceived notion you have of Knife Party and throw them out the window. It is time for a re-vamped Knife Party and they are expressing their new sounds through their latest and greatest Haunted House EP available now on all major outlets. The four track EP features tunes that show a new side to the Knife Party project. Featuring sounds that remind us of how much we love to dance, Knife Party has taken a journey through the electro-house side of dance music. The first three tunes of the EP are a roller coaster of bass, 4×4 breaks, and insanely technical synth progressions. The final track, a variation in production of their hit tune “Internet Friends” reminds us of how much damage Knife Party can influence on a sold-out sweaty crowd. When Knife Party comes on the speakers, it’s time to get down!
The K Theory camp is back with a brand new track and it is fucking epic. Backed by the homies at Simplify Recordings, the new tune entitled “No God For Men Like Us” is just as intense sounding as the title itself. Beginning with a darkened intro and building into terrifically manipulated synthesizers that scream mid-tempo electro, the song is simply begging you to dance. The vocals and samples are contorted in such a manner that resembles the great Daft Punk all while keeping the signature K-Theory intensity. Could it be that K Theory praises the Daft Punk Gods? We think so! Be sure to add this tune to your Summer playlist and keep K Theory on your radar because they are about to blow up! Cheers!

It seems that any track that Mayhem collaborates on turns into pure trap gold. We feel the same way about his recent collaboration with L.A. bass innovator, 12th Planet and their two new tracks entitled “Whoops” (Featuring Penny), and “Murdaaa“. Combining huge club sounds and dangerous dubstep bass, the two tunes will knock you right on your ass. Super fine tuned, these tracks are ready for the dancefloor. Backed by Smog Records, the two tunes dropped today for purchase. Be sure to keep your ears open for more new music from both 12th Planet and Mayhem. Boom!!

It’s hard to bring up electronic music without eventually coming to the name Carnage. The founding father and organic branding genius behind his hit remix series of “Festival Trap” bangers, Carnage is also the man behind the hits that can be found on basically every performing dj’s setlist. Recognized by his fans as an artist who is not afraid to express his creative feelings through not only his music but his social media pages, Carnage has spoken out on issues like producers buying into “hype” to become more relevant and the pressures that genres can put on a producer’s arsenal of tunes. Saying what most in the scene are afraid to say, Carnage is here to stir up the pot.
Even if he were to never speak another word though, Carnage’s tunes speak for themselves. Carnage has a very unique way of getting any environment turned into a massive party. His high-energy packed sets rival Tiesto and SHM as far as giving the audience that… feeling. A producer and performer of just about everything, Carnage has deserving collaborations with artists like A$AP Rocky, Gucci Mane, Waka Flocka Flame, Borgore, and the great Kaskade. There isn’t much Carnage hasn’t touched and those left undisturbed will only rest for so long until Carnage comes to bring the rage.
Carnage kicked off his “I’m Fucking Pumped” Tour last week with a special performance in Detroit and will continue on to perform on dozens of stops across the globe including dates in USA, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Ukraine, and Amsterdam, as well as announced festival appearances at Spring Awakening Music Festival, Sunset Music Festival, and EDC Vegas. With tons of new music coming soon, Carnage is proud to be releasing his upcoming single entitled “Signal” TOMORROW, May 3rd on Spinnin’ Records.
We were fortunate enough to be able to take the time to chat and catch up with Carnage the other day and we wanted to let you all in on our conversation. It’s been a long time in the making and finally it is here. Last week, Paper Diamond unleashed his fine-tuned and well-polished Paragon EP. From the second you push play on this bad boy, it is hard to deny the epicness that this Paragon generates. Packaged as a ten-track free digital download, Paper Diamond builds on his already supremely technical beats by expanding his arsenal of sounds and style.
Featuring a plethora of banging bass, rolling snares, robotic synths, and futuristic samples, Paper Diamond leaves us astonished, dragging our ears across the spectrum of genres, building up and crashing down energies at just the right point. This EP will go down as one of our favorites. Paper Diamond called upon Cherub, Buku, Jay Fresh, Protohype, and others to play supporting roles on Paragon. This whole collection of tunes makes for one hell of a dance party. Hey Paper Diamond, the future called and they want their beats back!!! Make sure you grab your free download and give this a good listen from start to finish. Thank us later.
It’s time to reintroduce yourself to Minnesota. Not sure if it’s G Jones or something else but it seems as though the gangster bug has lunged a bite into the neck of Mr. Minnesota and the result is some amazingly glitched out down tempo beats from the West Coast. Presented in the form of this 3 track free download EP, entitled Mile High Club, Minnesota and fellow West Coaster G Jones have teamed up on this very OG EP. From start to finish, Minnesota and G Jones put our minds in the front of a G Wagon with all chrome flying down the PCH. What better way to kick off this nice weather than with some new fresh tunes & even better, it’s a free download!
Shut the blinds and lock your doors; gLAdiator and Stooki Sound are coming for you. The two bass banging entities have teamed up from all the way across the globe to create one hell of a tune. The ear pleaser, entitled “Scared Now” features some of the cleanest trap we have heard since before the major movement. This massively creepy banger will turn any boring moment into a turnt-up, gangster, hyphy party. Imagine playing a game of Guess Who when all the sudden you get scooped up to go on a bank heist or a car jack… THIS would be the soundtrack. Be sure to grab your free download, put your hood up, and act like you know, because gLAdiator and Stooki Sound have come to play with this one!
Boom the first official remix from GRiZ’s break through album Mad Liberation has made it’s way into our speakers and it is in the form of a rework from legendary DJ Green Lantern on the hit track “Too Young For Tragedy”. The remix encompasses all things trap to the fullest and could potentially feature a break that could be as hot as Baauer’s “Harlem Shake”. The remix, premiered exclusively by our friends at This Song Is Sick, is available for FREE download. Make sure you grab it and bump it loud!
Teaming up for a colossal collaboration, K Theory & Chrome Wolves have dropped a hot one on us. The resulting tune, “Stutter” takes us on an adventure through a tightly fused combination of bass, electro, and trap, all while encompassing the original Joe & Mystikal effect to the T. This new tune is eloquent as can be. The intensity of the tune makes it perfect for any high-energy environment. We could picture this tune bumping at an And1 Bball tourney while we could also see this one blasting in the bedroom. Either way, we are very impressed with the collaboration and we hope to hear more from K Theory and Chrome Wolves. Check out the tune and grab your FREE download!
