NEW RELEASE: Sunsquabi – ‘Nuclear Force’ Pt. 1 (FREE Download)

nuclearforceSunsquabi, an electro-funk trio hailing from Boulder, CO, has brought you part 1 of 3 of their new album: Nuclear Force.  Part one includes five songs that are full of guitar riffs and dance rhythms that will get your hips swinging.

The trio was formed by guitarist/keys/producer Kevin Donohue and bassist/synths Andrew Clymer.  In 2011, drummer Chris Anderson was added to bring you those live drum beats.  Sunsquabi is on the rise and they don’t plan on stopping anytime soon.  They are in full festival mode and have played at Summer Camp, Wakarusa, and Sonic Bloom this year already.

The latest installment in the NYC producer’s catalog is The Feeling EP. Through these three tracks, Cabo Blanco is able to guarantee himself a front row seat on this crazy trap revolution roller coaster. This is not your everyday trap tune though. Cabo Blanco is way more articulate, achieving a sound that is far from the “forced” sounding beat music of the recent. It is clear that Cabo Blanco is a product of a hip-hop generation. Insanely well thought out, this petite album moves in a very conceptual fashion completing a full circuit of emotions and energies. FESTY NEWS: Spring Awakening Music Festival In 3 Days! (Map, Daily Schedule, After Parties, & More)

62386_579512992073997_865668063_nIn just a few short days, Curated Music will join our friends at React Presents as well as tens of thousands of others to inhabit the beautiful and massive Chicago Bear’s Soldier Field for the second annual Spring Awakening Music Festival. Taking note from last year, SAMF 2013 promises to impress with an additional day of raging. Captained by Bassnectar, Calvin Harris, and Moby, the 2013 Spring Awakening lineup offers sounds for everyone to dance to and discover. We are very excited to catch all of the action and we will be sure to keep you posted with all things SAMF!

The party can’t stop once Soldier Field closes it’s doors each night, so React Presents is keeping the nights going into the early morning with a handful of epic after parties. Presenting a lineup of shows that are just as impressive as the festival itself, Chicago belongs to Spring Awakening this weekend.
